Built the structure for the Corporate Strategy Team's monday.com workspace, organizing each vertical into a standardized set of boards. Designed AI-assisted workflows that move M&A deals from pipeline through diligence, closing, and post-close integration, reducing manual handoffs and giving leadership a single view of deal status.
